- Demandforce - Certified and verified reviews by actual patients of our office.
- A new service that we recently started using that allows ONLY ACTUAL patients to write reviews. A parent or patient can post a review only if they have actually been to our office and we have entered certain information into Demandforce's database. This is why these reviews are considered certified. Parents or patients may write an anonymous review for privacy reasons, but some do allow their names to be used. Either way, these are verified patients with our office. No phony or fake reviews!
- We value our reviews both good and bad in our constant efforts to improve our services to our patients. With Demandforce, reviews are verified with our actual patients allowing us to address any problems our patients may encounter at our office.
- Yelp.com - Yelp is one of the most popular review sites on the internet. You can read reviews on any business in a specific area. In comparsion to Demandforce, anyone can write a review on Yelp, even a person that has not set foot into our office. Yelp does its best to decipher, filter, and remove reviews deemed less reliable.
- Dr. Oogle - Dr. Oogle used to be the premier dental review site several years ago. This website was free to both the patient and the dental office for many years. However, they started charging clients about $15.00 in order to use the website, and they also started charging the dental offices for sponsorships. We did not mind the sponsorship fees, but patients obviously did not want to pay for a service that they would probably use no more than once or twice a year. There have not been any recent reviews for any of the top five most frequently reviewed San Francisco pediatric dentistry offices. Honestly, most people do not subscribe to this service anymore, but the reviews are worth looking at.
